以β-蒎烯為原料,通過KMnO4氧化輔以超聲輻照手段,進行了諾蒎酸的合成條件優(yōu)化研究。正交實驗表明,聲強對諾蒎酸的產(chǎn)率影響大,其次為pH、原料配比、反應溫度和時間;單因素實驗表明,諾蒎酸的產(chǎn)率隨著聲強的增大而增大。在聲強0.38W/cm2、pH=10、n(β-蒎烯)/n(KMnO4)=1/2、15℃反應30min的優(yōu)化條件下,合成諾蒎酸的產(chǎn)率達66.4%。

Using β-pinene as the raw material, through KMnO4 oxidation assisted by ultraso nic irradiation, the synthesis co nditions of nopinenic acid were optimized. Orthogo nal experiments show that the sound intensity has the greatest influence on the yield of nopinic acid, followed by pH, raw material ratio, reaction temperature and time; single factor experiments show that the yield of nopinic acid increases with the increase of sound intensity Big. Under the optimized co nditions of sound intensity of 0.38W/cm2, pH=10, n(β-pinene)/n(KMnO4)=1/2, and reaction at 15℃ for 30min, the yield of synthetic nopinic acid reached 66.4%.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. used a hydrogen flame detector and a glass-packed column to determine the co ntent of nopinic acid, with satisfactory results.
