浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立一種測定空氣中環(huán)氧氯丙烷的新方法。方法:空氣中的環(huán)氧氯丙烷用活性碳管采集,熱解吸后,經(jīng)PEG-20M柱分離,氫焰離子化檢測器檢測,對色譜柱,色譜條件,采集條件,熱解吸條件等進(jìn)行優(yōu)選。結(jié)果:方法的檢測限為0.001μg/m l,低檢出濃度為0.03 mg/m3(采樣體積3 L)。當(dāng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液濃度為0.002、0.004、0.010μg/m l時(shí),平均相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為5.0%、4.8%、1.2%,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.9999。平均解吸效率為97.1%,采樣效率為95%,穿透容量大于1.4 mg。樣品在采樣管中可穩(wěn)定7 d以上。結(jié)論:通過樣品測試證明,該法采用活性碳管采樣,攜帶方便,采樣代表性好,樣品穩(wěn)定時(shí)間長;采樣后解吸效率高;所選用的色譜柱具有柱效高,分離度好,色譜峰形好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本法適用于現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測和個(gè)體采樣。
