浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術開發(fā)有限公司建立了吹掃捕集-氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜法測定醫(yī)用口罩中痕量環(huán)氧乙烷的方法。采用吹掃捕集法對醫(yī)用口罩中環(huán)氧乙烷進行富集,熱脫附后導入氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜儀,并選用選擇離子模式（SIM）進行檢測,內(nèi)標法定量。結(jié)果表明:環(huán)氧乙烷在5.0～200μg/L質(zhì)量濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關系良好,相關系數(shù)為0.9992,方法檢出限為0.03μg/g,定量限為0.10μg/g。三個不同濃度加標水平（5.0μg/L、20μg/L、80μg/L）的回收率為97.59%～115.95%,相對標準偏差（RSD,n=6）為3.07%～7.48%。該方法操作簡單、富集效率高、快速準確,適用于大批量醫(yī)用口罩樣品測定。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established a method for the determination of trace amounts of ethylene oxide in medical masks by purge and trap-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The ethylene oxide in the medical masks was enriched by the purge and trap method, and then introduced into a gas chromatography/mass spectrometer after thermal desorption. The results showed that the linear relationship of ethylene oxide was good in the mass concentration range of 5.0～200μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9992, the detection limit was 0.03μg/g, and the quantification limit was 0.10μg/g. The recoveries of the three spiked levels (5.0μg/L, 20μg/L, 80μg/L) were 97.59%-115.95%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD, n=6) were 3.07%-7.48%. The method is simple to operate, has high enrichment efficiency, is fast and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of large quantities of medical mask samples.
