變壓器油中溶解氣體離線檢測脫氣所用的方法為基于溶解平衡原理的機(jī)械振蕩法，氣體檢測采用氫火焰檢測器(fid)或熱導(dǎo)檢測器(tcd)。

Application: Transformer Oil Dissolved Gas

Modern industrial production is inseparable from the electric energy provided by the power grid, and the transformer is an important key equipment in the power grid. The internal fault of the oil-immersed transformer can lead to changes in the type and concentration of dissolved gas in the transformer oil. The use of the mechanism of dissolved gas in the transformer oil can be used to generate gas. Diagnose whether there are discharge faults and thermal faults inside the transformer. Dissolved gas analysis in oil is a very effective method for diagnosing latent faults of oil-immersed transformers, and plays an important role in realizing the maintenance of transformer operating conditions. Therefore, regular monitoring of dissolved gas in transformer oil can ensure long-term safe and reliable operation of the power grid.

The method used for offline detection and degassing of dissolved gas in transformer oil is a mechanical oscillation method based on the principle of dissolution equilibrium, and gas detection adopts a hydrogen flame detector (fid) or a thermal conductivity detector (tcd).
