浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司開發(fā)了一種采用振蕩離心提取、氣相色譜法檢測技術(shù)、可用于植物性食品(如水果、蔬菜、糧食、茶葉、干貨等)和動物性食品(如肉類、水產(chǎn)品類、禽類等)中六六六、滴滴涕殘留量快速檢測的方法。應(yīng)用該方法分別對水果、蔬菜、茶葉、干貨類、肉制品、水產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了重復(fù)性試驗和靈敏度試驗。結(jié)果表明,該方法檢測這6類產(chǎn)品中的檢測低限均分別達(dá)到0.01mg/kg(六六六)、0.02mg/kg(滴滴涕),加標(biāo)回收率80.1%~109.1%,變異系數(shù)1.88%~12.0%。采用振蕩離心提取方法,提高了樣品前處理的通量;降低進(jìn)樣口溫度,有效避免了被測物的降解;考慮標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品中異構(gòu)體之間的相互轉(zhuǎn)化關(guān)系,使定量更為準(zhǔn)確。
