浩瀚色譜（山東）應(yīng)用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立工作場所空氣中一甲胺,二甲胺的頂空氣相色譜測定方法。方法酸性吸收液采集空氣中的一甲胺、二甲胺,堿溶液中和后頂空進樣氣相色譜,經(jīng)玻璃填充色譜柱分離,氫焰離子化檢測器測定。結(jié)果一甲胺濃度范圍為11.70～93.54μg/ml時,標準曲線回歸方程為Y=0.458 1X-1.034 5(r=0.999 0);二甲胺濃度范圍為10.59～84.74μg/ml時,標準曲線的回歸方程為Y=0.864 5X-2.206(r=0.999 1)。一甲胺方法檢出限為1.65μg/ml,低檢出濃度為0.55 mg/m3(以采集15 L空氣樣品計);二甲胺檢出限為1.54μg/ml,低檢出濃度為0.32 mg/m3(以采集24 L空氣樣品計)。樣品于4℃冰箱內(nèi)可穩(wěn)定保存5 d。結(jié)論該方法可同時測定工作場所空氣中一甲胺和二甲胺濃度。

Methods The monomethylamine and dimethylamine in the air were collected from the acidic absorbing liquid, neutralized by the alkali solution, and then injected into the headspace by gas chromatography. Results When the concentration range of monomethylamine was 11.70～93.54μg/ml, the regression equation of the standard curve was Y=0.458 1X-1.034 5(r=0.999 0); when the concentration range of dimethylamine was 10.59～84.74μg/ml, the standard curve The regression equation of is Y=0.864 5X-2.206 (r=0.999 1).
