浩瀚色譜（山東）應用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司建立一個用氣相色譜法測定羥丙甲纖維素中甲氧基,羥丙氧基的含量,乙基纖維素中乙氧基的含量的方法.方法:以HH-5為固定液的毛細管柱(柱長為30m,內(nèi)徑為0.530mm,膜厚度為3.00um),起始溫度為100℃,維持8分鐘,再以每分鐘50℃的速率升溫230℃,維持2 分鐘;進樣口溫度為200℃,檢測器氫火焰離子化檢測器(FID)溫度為250℃.結(jié)果:甲氧基在6.67mg/ml-12.61mg/ml濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關系良好,得線性方程y = 0.0156x + 0.0302(r=0.9991),回歸系數(shù)大于0.999;乙氧基在10.52mg/ml-19.7mg/ml濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關系良好,得線性方程y = 0.0333x + 0.023(r=0.9992),回歸系數(shù)大于0.999;羥丙氧基在0.8017mg/ml-5.8106mg/ml濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關系良好,得線性方程y=0.0487x + 0.0017(r=0.9998),回歸系數(shù)大于0.999. 結(jié)論:該方法簡便,準確,可用于乙基纖維素,羥丙甲纖維素的質(zhì)量控制.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a method for the determination of the content of methoxy and hydroxypropoxy in hypromellose and the content of ethoxy in ethyl cellulose by gas chromatography. Method: take HH-5 capillary column (column length is 30m, inner diameter is 0.530mm, film thickness is 3.00um), the initial temperature is 100°C, maintained for 8 minutes, and then heated to 230°C at a rate of 50°C per minute , maintained for 2 minutes; the temperature of the injection port was 200 °C, and the temperature of the flame ionization detector (FID) of the detector was 250 °C.
