煤與瓦斯突出是地下采煤作業(yè)中時(shí)有發(fā)生的一種嚴(yán)重工業(yè)災(zāi)害,經(jīng)常造成重大人、財(cái)、物損失。已有各種研究和預(yù)測(cè)方法應(yīng)用于煤與瓦斯突出,取得了一定成果,但仍不能從根本上解決問(wèn)題。煤與瓦斯突出仍時(shí)有發(fā)生,究其原因,長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)認(rèn)為煤與瓦斯突出是源于甲烷作用的結(jié)果,但實(shí)現(xiàn)中防范甲烷并不足以預(yù)測(cè)煤與瓦斯突出。近學(xué)術(shù)界提出,煤與瓦斯突出不僅與甲烷有關(guān)而且與氫氣緊密相關(guān),氫氣可望作為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)測(cè)和預(yù)報(bào)煤與瓦斯突出的新指標(biāo)。但在生產(chǎn)單位過(guò)去從不專(zhuān)門(mén)分析或檢測(cè)煤層瓦斯中的氫氣,國(guó)內(nèi)外這方面的研究報(bào)道也不多見(jiàn)。
浩瀚色譜(山東)應(yīng)用技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司利用GC-氣相色譜儀熱導(dǎo)檢測(cè)器小熱導(dǎo)池高靈敏度及大進(jìn)樣量的特點(diǎn),建立了煤層中低濃度He、H2的氣相色譜測(cè)定方法,并可同時(shí)測(cè)定常量CH4。對(duì)氣相色譜工作條件進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,確定的工作條件是:分子篩填充柱,熱導(dǎo)檢測(cè)器(TCD),載氣流速為35~42mL/m in,色譜柱溫度50℃,汽化室溫度50℃,檢測(cè)室溫度100℃,3 mL定量環(huán)。He、H2的線(xiàn)性工作范圍分別為0.95~19μL/L和2.4~48μL/L,RSD(n=8)分別為1.60%和4.54%,方法的檢出限為0.5μL/L。實(shí)驗(yàn)了鋁箔氣袋、橡膠氣球和鹽水瓶不同包裝的樣品進(jìn)樣方式及測(cè)定情況,結(jié)果表明鋁箔氣袋是選擇,鹽水瓶次之,橡膠氣球?qū)怏w有一定的吸附作用。
